ABSTRACT

@#Objective To assess the occupational health risk of noise in a plastic products enterprise and determine the key risk Methods - points. The workplace of a plastic products enterprise and its 388 noise exposed workers were selected as the , research subjects using a convenient sampling method. The noise intensity in the workplace of the enterprise was measured and - GBZ/T 229.4-2012 the individual noise exposure level and pure tone hearing test were carried out in the noise exposed workers. Classification of Occupational Hazards at Workplaces--Part 4: Occupational Exposure to Noise( GBZ/T hereinafter referred to as 229.4-2012) - was used to evaluate the hazardous degree of noise in different posts. The risk of high frequency hearing loss ( ) - ( ) - , , HFHL and occupational noise induced deafness ONID in noise exposed workers in different posts at 45.0 50.0 55.0 and WS/T 754-2016 Guideline for Risk Management of Occupational Noise Hazard( 60.0 years of age were predicted using hereinafter WS/T 754-2016)Results referred to as . The noise in the workplace of this plastic product enterprise was found to exceed the - occupational exposure limits with the rate of 46.6%. According to WS/T 754 2016 the risks of HFHL in , , the film and packaging operators at age ≥50.0 years old were at acceptable risk and the risks of HFHL in operators of extrusion , , premixing unloading and utility maintenance at age ≥45.0 years old were at moderate risk or high risk. The risks of ONID for , the film packaging and utility maintenance operators at age ≥55.0 years old were at acceptable risk or moderate risk. The risksof ONID for extrusion premixing and unloading operators at age ≥50.0 years old were at high risk. Extrusion operators with ( ) exposure to toluene below the occupational exposure limit had a higher risk of HFHL high risk than unloading operators ( ) Conclusion moderate risk at age 45.0 years with the same noise intensity. The noise exposure intensity is high in the , workplace of the plastic product enterprise. The workers in posts of extrusion premixing and unloading are at high risk levels of HFHL and ONID.

ABSTRACT

Objective@# To investigate the inhibitory effect of honeysuckle on Streptococcus mutans UA159 in vitro.@*Methods@# We used a double-dilution method to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of honeysuckle against Streptococcus mutans UA159. Lonicerae lonicerae powder was dissolved in the solvent DMSO, different concentrations of liquid medicine were prepared, and bacterial liquid was added. The solution control group and bacterial liquid control group were set at the same time. The growth and acid production of UA159 were determined using antibacterial experiments. A growth curve and acid production curves were drawn, and the adhesion rate and adhesion inhibition rate were calculated. The effect of honeysuckle on the formation of Streptococcus mutans UA159 was determined by crystal violet quantification, and a microscope and a scanning electron microscope were used to observe biofilm formation and structural changes.@* Results @# The MIC of honeysuckle against Streptococcus mutans UA159 was 12.5 mg/mL. The bacteriostatic experiments showed a difference in the growth, acid production and adhesion of UA159 after honeysuckle treatment (P<0.05) compared with the controls, and the inhibitory effect increased as the drug liquid concentration increased. Crystal violet quantification showed a significant difference in biofilm formation between the pharmaceutical liquid group and the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the forward microscope showed a significant decrease in biofilm formation. Under SEM, the number of bacteria decreased significantly at 0, 6 and 12 h after honeysuckle addition. @*Conclusion @# Honeysuckle inhibits the growth and acid production of UA159 and inhibits adhesion and the formation of biofilms.

@#[摘要] 目的:探讨F 框蛋白2(F-box only protein 2,FBXO2)基因在人胃癌细胞系中表达及其对胃癌细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和 EMT 的影响。方法:选择胃癌细胞系MGC-803、AGS、SGC-7901、MKN-28 以及正常胃黏膜上皮细胞株GES-1,qPCR 法检测细 胞中FBXO2 mRNA表达水平。设计靶向抑制FBXO2 表达的特异siRNA,并瞬时转染MGC-803 细胞,转染siRNA无义序列的为 阴性对照。qPCR法检测转染48 h 后MGC-803 细胞中FBXO2 mRNA表达水平;用MTT法、细胞划痕愈合法、Transwell 小室法检 测降低FBXO2 表达对细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响,WB 法检测细胞中EMT 相关蛋白E-cadherin、N-cadherin、vimentin 的表达。 结果:4 种胃癌细胞中FBXO2 mRNA表达水平显著高于胃黏膜上皮细胞GES-1(P<0.05 或P<0.01)。与阴性对照组相比,siRNAFBXO2 组MGC-803 细胞中FBXO2 mRNA表达下调(P<0.01),该细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力受到显著抑制(P<0.05 或P<0.01), E-cadherin 蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.01),N-cadherin、vimentin 蛋白表达显著降低(均P<0.01)。结论:低表达的FBXO2 可抑制胃 癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力,该抑制作用可能与EMT过程有关。

ABSTRACT

Objective To fulfill standardized and precision management of medical consumables purchasing. Methods Medical consumables purchasing was executed based on the e-commerce platform in the drug exchange facility, the access process was standardized for medical consumables, and the monitoring and supervision were implemented for price inquiry, purchasing ways, introduction flow of new products, qualification inspecting of suppliers and etc. Results The improved medical consumables purchasing flow based on drug exchange mode contributed to decreasing purchasing cost, avoiding bidding risks as well as precision management. Conclusion The purchasing based on drug exchange is of great value for hospital medical consumables purchasing management.

ABSTRACT

This study was aimed to observe and analyze the effectiveness of platelet transfusion. The platelet count of 1786 patients before transfusion and on 20-24 hours after transfusion was determined by using Auto-Hematology Analyzer, the percent platelet recovery (PPR) was calculated, the platelet transfusion efficiency (PTE) was evaluated by PPR and hemorrhage presentation after platelet transfusion, and the PTE was statistically analyzed according to disease cause, transfusion frequency, platelet type and once transfusion amount. The results showed that the total PTE of 1786 patients was 52.5%. The comparison of PTE among groups of disease cause showed that PTE in leukemia and aplastic anemia (AA) was lowest, as compared with that of other diseases (P < 0.05), while PTE in operation group was highest. The comparison of PTE among groups of transfusion frequency revealed also statistical difference (P < 0.01), meanwhile PTE decreased with increasing of transfusion frequency. The comparison of PTE among groups of platelet type (platelet phoresis or platelet concentrate) showed statistical difference (P < 0.01). The comparison of PTE among groups of platelet concentrate of once transfusion amount showed no statistical difference (P > 0.05). It is concluded that the PTE closely relates with disease cause of patients, moreover transfusion frequency also associates with PTE, the more frequency of transfusion, the higher possibility of transfusion refractoriness. The PTE of platelet pheresis is obviously superior to that of platelet concentrate, while PTE of platelet concentrate not significantly relates with once adequate or not.

ABSTRACT

The effects of Sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling pathway activation on S-type neuroblastoma (NB) cell lines and its role in NB tumorigenesis were investigated. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Shh pathway components-- Patchedl (PTCH1) and Glil in 40 human primary NB samples. Western blotting and RT-PCR were used to examine the protein expression and mRNA levels of PTCH1 and Glil in three kinds of S-type NB cell lines (SK-N-AS, SK-N-SH and SHEPI), re-spectively. Exogenous Shh was administrated to activate Shh signaling pathway while cyclopamine was used as a selective antagonist of Shh pathway. S-type NB cell lines were treated with different concen-trations of Shh or/and cyclopamine for different durations. Cell viability was measured by using MTT method. Apoptosis rate and cell cycle were assayed by flow cytometry. The xenograft experiments were used to evaluate the role of Shh pathway in tumor growth in immunodeficient mice. High-level expres-sion of PTCH1 and Gill was detected in both NB samples and S-type NB cell lines. Cyclopamine de-creased the survival rate of the three cell lines while Shh increased it, and the inhibition effects of cyclopaminc could be partially reversed by shh pre-treatment. Cyclopamine induced the cell apoptosis and the cell cycle arrest in G0/G1 phase, while Shh induced the reverse effects and could partially pre-vent effects of cyclopamine. Cyclopamine could also inhibit the growth of NB in vivo. Our studies re-vealed that activation of the Shh pathway is important for survival and proliferation of S-type NB cells in vivo and in vitro through affecting cell apoptosis and cell cycle, suggesting a new therapeutic ap-proach to NB.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the molecular epidemiological characteristics of hantavirus seen during 2000-2003 in Qingdao region of Shandong province.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Sera were collected from 64 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and viral RNA was extracted from the sera. HTN and SEO universal primers were designed as outer primers and HTN and SEO specific primers as inner primers. G1 gene region of M segment from hantavirus was amplified by using RT-nest-PCR for sequencing. The data of nucleotide sequences were analyzed by DNA star software.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Six cases were positive by HTN specific primer of total cases (9%); 25 of 64 cases by SEO specific primer (39%); total positive rate was 48%. In general, SEO type was a prevalent type of hantavirus in Qingdao region. The variation of the nucleotide sequences among SEO viruses (nucleotide sequence divergence ranged from 0.3% approximately 8.9%) was lower than that among HTN type (nucleotide sequence divergence ranged from 2.6% approximately 11.2% ).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Majority of hantavirus found in Qingdao region belonged to SEO type and still a few strains belonged to HTN type. Most of the HTN viruses were detected in Jiaonan county.</p>
